摘 要:基于铝电解烟气污染源排放对环境的严重影响,简单介绍了铝电解干法净化的工艺原理和某铝业公司干法烟气净化系统概况,并通过开启备用引风机、加强电解槽作业槽盖板管理、检测调节电解槽支烟管负压、控制除尘器布袋压差和封堵电解槽槽盖板泄漏间隙等措施提高铝电解烟气集气效率,同时通过改进新鲜投料控制阀、循环投料控制装置、反应器投料喷料装置和除尘布袋漏袋检测技术等措施提高净化效率。改进措施实施后,有效提高了干法烟气净化系统的集气效率和净化效率,电解烟气净化排放指标明显改善,总氟多数时间控制在1. 0 mg/m^3以下,氟化铝单耗下降2. 28 kg,同时改善了车间生产工作环境。Based on serious impact of pollution source of aluminum electrolysis flue gas on the environment,the process principle of aluminum electrolysis dry purification and the general situation of dry flue gas purification system in an aluminum company were introduced briefly. The gas gathering efficiency of electrolysis flue gas was improved by opening reserve induced draft fan,strengthening management of cover plate of operation cell,detecting and adjusting negative pressure of smoking pipe,controlling the pressure difference of dust collector bag and plugging leakage gap of cover plate,and the purification efficiency was improved by improving control valve of fresh feed,control device of circulating feed,feeding and spraying device of reactor,and detection technology of bag leakage of dust bag. After improving,the gas gathering efficiency and purification efficiency of the dry flue gas purification system were improved effectively,and purification emission index of electrolysis flue gas was improved obviously,and the total fluoride content was controlled below 1. 0 mg/m^3 in most conditions,and unit consumption of aluminum fluoride was decreased by 2. 28 kg,and working environment of workshop was improved.
