摘  要:基于电解槽流动场的分析,利用ANSYS软件模拟计算了SY500铝电解槽的流动场形态分布及界面变形,同时对某铝厂500 k A电解槽进行流动场测试,并将铝液流动方向和流动速度的模拟计算结果与实测结果进行对比分析,对比结果存在一定的偏差,但整体是相互吻合的,即基于数值模拟的电解槽流动场方法是准确可靠的。Based on the analysis of flow field of electrolysis cell,the flow field distribution and interface deformation of the SY500 aluminum electrolysis cell were simulated by ANSYS,and the flow field test of electrolysis cell with 500 kA in an aluminum plant was carried out,and the simulation calculation results of flow direction and velocity of the aluminum liquid were compared with the measured results. There was error in comparison results,but the whole was consistent with each other,in another word,the method of electrolysis cell flow field based on numerical simulation was accurate and reliable.
