中西医结合治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的疗效评价研究

摘　　要：目的本文主要探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年5月~2018年5月我院收治的冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者42例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各21例,对照组患者予常规西医治疗,观察组患者予中西医联合治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的心绞痛症状治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者,治疗3个月的患者SAQ问卷评分总有效率明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本次研究结果表明,中西医联合治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者有助于缓解患者相关心绞痛症状,显著提高患者生活质量,可以进行推广及应用。Objective This paper mainly discusses the clinical application value of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods From May 2015 to May 2018,78 patients with coronary heart disease stable angina received treatment in our hospital among whom 42 were taken as subjects for the current research,randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 21 in each.Subjects in the observation group were given combined Chinese and western medicine treatment,while those in the control group were treated with conventional western medication,then effects from the two groups were compared.Results The general effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the general SAQ of subjects in the observation group who received treatment for 3 months showed significantly better results than those of subjects in the control group,and the differences are statistically allowable(P<0.05).Conclusion The results from the study indicate that treatment of stable angina pectoris combining TCM and western medicine is helpful in alleviating symptoms of angina,and improving life quality for patients,and therefore deserves to be popularized.
