贾树培教授以益气养阴化瘀法治疗冠心病心绞痛经验

摘　　要：冠心病心绞痛属于中医学“胸痹心痛”的范畴。但历代中医界不同学派对其病因病机及辨证的认识各有不同,贾树培教授在多年临床经验的基础发现现阶段大多数冠心病心绞痛以气阴两虚、瘀血阻络为主要证型之一,年迈体弱,长期思虑劳倦,导致气虚阴亏不能荣养心脉而脉道不利以及心脉瘀阻不通,故出现胸痛等症状。所以根据这一病机,贾树培教授提出了益气养阴,活血化瘀的重要治法。方药取《医学启源》中的生脉散和《时方歌括》中的丹参饮合方加减而成,诸药合用共奏益气养阴,活血化瘀之功。但我们要认识到在临床中对证治疗,灵活加减,从而达到良好的疗效。Coronary heart disease angina pectoris belongs to the category of"chest and heartache"in traditional Chinese medicine.However,different schools in the traditional Chinese medicine circles have different understandings of their etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation.Professor Jia Shupei found that most of the coronary heart disease angina pectoris at the present stage is characterized by Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis and obstruction as the main syndromes.First,the elderly are weak,long-term thinking about fatigue,leading to qi deficiency and yin deficiency can not support the heart and the pulse is unfavorable and the heart and pulse are blocked,so there are symptoms such as chest pain.Therefore,according to this pathogenesis,Professor Jia Shupei proposed an important treatment for replenishing qi and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The prescription medicine is taken from the Shengmai San in the"Medical Enlightenment"and the Danshen Decoction in the"Zhen Fang Ge".The medicines are used together to replenish the yin and nourish the yin and promote the blood circulation.However,we must recognize that in the clinical treatment of the card,flexible addition and subtraction,in order to achieve good results.
