摘　　要：气象基本建设项目管理信息化、网络化,对项目进行全生命周期跟踪动态管理,提高项目管理效率,是气象基本建设项目管理工作的需要。根据气象部门基本建设管理要求,结合建设单位项目管理现状和管理需求,笔者设计了基于B/S模式的气象基本建设项目管理系统。本系统从项目立项、建设到验收等方面体现项目的整个生命周期,为气象基本建设项目管理的系统化、规范化提供了有益探索。Meteorological capital construction project management informationization and networking,dynamic management of project life cycle tracking,improve project management efficiency,is the need for meteorological infrastructure project management work.According to the basic construction management requirements of the meteorological department,combined with the project management status and management needs of the construction unit,the author designed a meteorological infrastructure project management system based on the B/S model,which reflected the whole life cycle of the project from project establishment,construction to acceptance,and provides useful exploration for the systematic and standardized management of meteorological infrastructure projects.
