摘  要:以第七代半潜式海洋平台设计制造为工程背景,为应对非连续变形结构分析中出现的计算精度和计算时间问题,探究变尺度网格法在计算应力集中系数(Stress Concentration Factor,SCF)中应用的优越性。针对半潜式海洋平台,采用体单元建立下浮体与立柱十字相交节点的有限元模型,对比计算结果的稳定性和精确度,得到以十字焊接节点体单元模型计算SCF的分析中模型可适用的变尺度网格划分的具体方法。Taken the design and manufacture of the seventh generation semi submersible offshore platform as the engineering background,in order to cope with the calculation accuracy and calculation time problems in the analysis of discontinuous deformation structures,the superiority of the application of the variable scale meshing method in calculating the stress concentration factor(SCF)is explored.For the semi submersible offshore platform,a finite element model of the intersection joint of the floating body and the column is established by the body element.Comparing the stability and accuracy of the calculation results,the specific method of variable scale meshing applicable to the model is obtained in the analysis of the SCF calculation of the cross welding joint body element model.
