新经营形式下书店建筑功能与空间优化研究

摘　　要：从大众需求的转变、书店的新经营形式、新经营形式下的书店形态入手,阐述当代书店现状。从功能特色、功能组织、空间组织三个角度出发,对当代书店现存问题进行研究分析,并提出以下建筑设计优化策略:强化书店功能特色;改进书店功能组织;优化书店空间组织。通过具体的设计原则和设计手法阐述,为当代书店建筑提出设计优化策略。Starting from the transformation of public demand and the new management of bookstores,this paper presents the current situation of contemporary bookstores,and analyses the existing problems of contemporary bookstores from the three aspects including the functional characteristics,functional organization and spatial design,and puts forward the strategies for architectural design such as the strengthening of the functional characteristics of bookstores,improvement of the organization of bookstores and the spacial design.By elaborating specific design principles and techniques,this paper puts forward design strategies for bookstore buildings.
