摘 要:工具杆的结构和尺寸对超声振动系统的谐振频率会产生影响,基于试验研究,较系统地分析了安装不同直径、长度的工具杆对超声纵振动系统谐振频率的影响规律。试验发现当细工具杆长度在半波长范围内,超声纵振动系统谐振频率基本接近“D”系统谐振频率。当工具杆较细长时,超声纵振动系统会出现局部共振现象。当工具杆较粗时,超声纵振动系统呈现整体谐振状态。The structure and size of the tool shaft have an impact on the resonant frequency of the ultrasonic vibration system.Based on the experimental research,this paper systematically analyzes the influence of the installation of different diameter and length of the tool bar on the resonant frequency of longitudinal ultrasonic vibration system.The experiment shows that the length of the tool rod is in the half wavelength range,the resonant frequency of the ultrasonic vibration system is almost close to the resonant frequency of the"D"system.When the tool rod is slender,the local resonance phenomenon appears in the ultrasonic vibration system,and when the tool rod is thicker,the ultrasonic vibration system exhibits the overall resonance state.
