摘 要:为探讨归因教育模式在首次经皮冠状动脉支架植入术(PCI)患者中的应用。通过选取89例首次行PCI患者,随机分为试验组(n=44)、对照组(n=45),分别采用归因教育和常规教育,比较出院1个月后两组患者的自我效能、满意度、住院时间及自我护理能力的变化。结果显示:干预1个月后试验组患者的自我效能、满意度及自我护理能力均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。由此得出结论:归因教育模式可有效提高患者的自我效能、满意度及自我护理能力,促进其康复。To investigate the effects of attributable education mode in patients with the first percutaneous coronary stent implantation(PCI), 89 patients treated by the first PCI were randomized into two groups: 44 cases in the experimental group and 45 cases in the control group. The experimental group started the attribution education, and the control group received routine education. Then the changes in self-efficacy, education satisfaction, length of hospital stay and self-care ability were compared in both groups after 1 month of intervention. One month after the start of the intervention, the self-efficacy, health education satisfaction and self-care ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There were no differences in the length of hospital stay between two groups(P>0.05). It is concluded that the attribution education model in this study can effectively improve the patient’ self-efficacy, health education satisfaction and self-care ability, which will improve the patients’ confidence and promote their rehabilitation.
