摘  要:高校"团体辅导式"党课,是将心理学的团体辅导技术运用于党课教学。基于一堂课程进行实例分析,研究组成、结识、引导参与、主动倾听、问题揭示等关键性技术的实际运用过程,根据学生反馈评价课程效果。"团体辅导式"党课的设计与开展,形成调动学生学习积极性、提倡渗透性的教学模式,推动党课教育入脑入心,提升学生党组织亲切感,探索思想政治教育工作新路径。The "group coaching" party class in colleges and universities applies the group coaching technique of psychology to party teaching. Based on a case study, the actual application process of key technologies such as composition, acquaintance, guided participation, active listening, and problem disclosure is studied, and the effect of the course is evaluated according to student feedback. The design and development of the "group coaching" party class has formed a teaching model that motivates students to learn enthusiasm and promotes permeation, promotes party class education into the mind and enhances the intimacy of student party organizations, and it explores a new path of ideological and political education.
