摘 要:根据军工和航空航天领域高能炸药实体密度信息化和高安全性检测技术需求,提出了一种基于气体定律的高能炸药密度的测量方法,给出其基本原理,验证了新方法的测量误差、适应范围等技术指标。研究结果表明,基于气体定律的高能炸药密度的测量方法在具有与传统排水法相近的测量误差的同时,显著提高了高能炸药密度测量的自动化、信息化、智能化水平,缩短了测量时间,大幅削减了高能炸药转载移动次数,减少了操作安全隐患。To conquer the disadvantages of the Archimedes methods used in military and aerospace engineering,a new density measurement method based on the Boyier Marius law was raised.The main principles were described and the technical properties were concluded.Results show that the density measurement method of high explosives would keep up with the Archimedes method in precision and furthermore,it would be an automated,informational and intelligent way.The new method would shorten the measuring time,decrease the loading and transferring operation and thus it would prominently increase the operation safety.
