摘 要:利用Gamma过程来描述矿井提升机主轴系统中各零件的强度退化规律,并借助材料的疲劳实验数据及P-S-N曲线对模型中的形状参数和尺度参数进行估计,建立了基于P-S-N曲线的零件强度退化模型。同时结合失效功能函数建立了各零件在疲劳失效和刚度失效模式下的可靠度数学模型。提出了利用混合Copula函数建立主轴系统及零件的失效相关性数学模型,对疲劳和刚度失效模式下零件及系统的可靠度进行了对比分析。结果表明,基于失效完全相关假设理论对主轴系统的可靠性评估偏高,基于失效相互独立假设理论对主轴系统的可靠性评估偏低,基于混合Copula函数对主轴系统的可靠性评估与工程实际相吻合。Reliability of thespindle system and its components has direct effects on stability and security of the hoist.Gamma process was used to describe the strength degradation law of each part in the spindle system of mine hoist,and the shape and scale parameters of the model were estimated by means of fatigue test data and P-S-N curve.Finally,the strength degradation model based on P-S-N curve was obtained.Meanwhile,combining with the failure function,the reliability model of each part in different failure modes is thus established.In addition,the failure correlation model at the part level and the system level in the spindle system was described by using the mixed Copula function,and reliability of spindle systems and parts infatigue and stiffness failure modes were compared and analyzed.The results show that the reliability evaluation of spindle system based on the theory of complete correlation hypothesis is higher,and that based on the theory of mutual independence hypothesis is lower,yet the reliability evaluation of spindle system based on the theory of mixed Copula function adopted in this paper is consistent with the engineering practice.
