摘 要:东北地区冬季气温很低且寒潮频繁,新建碾压混凝土重力坝因内外温差作用而容易出现开裂的问题。针对这一问题,文中以东北某碾压混凝土重力坝为研究对象,利用有限元软件ANSYS对其溢流坝段开展温度控制研究。模拟结果表明:大坝溢流坝段的稳定温度为6~8℃;坝体内部强约束区混凝土温度基本在18.0~23.6℃范围内;3个方向的最大应力基本满足防裂要求。研究成果可为碾压混凝土重力坝溢流坝段施工期相应的温控措施和防裂设计提供理论基础和技术支持。Because the low temperature and frequent cold wave in Northeast China, the new built roller compacted concrete gravity dam is prone to cracking problems, which is induced by internal and external temperature difference of the dam. To solve this problem, taking a roller compacted concrete gravity dam in Northeast China as the research object, the paper studies the temperature control of the over flow dam section by using the finite element software ANSYS. The simulation result showed that the stable temperature range of the over flow dam section is 6 to 8℃, the temperature range of concrete in the strong confining region inner of dam body is about 18.0 to 23.6℃, and the maximum stresses from 3 directions are basically meeting the crack prevention requirement.The result could provide theoretical and technological support for temperature control measure and crack prevention design of over flow dom of roller compacted concrete gravity dam in construction period.
