摘  要:通过液相色谱法测定EPDM绝热层胶片在不同硫化温度和硫化时间下的残留硬脂酸含量,采用Excel软件和积分法并用的手段研究了(200±10)、(90±10)、(50±10)、(30±10)nm四种纳米氧化锌和对三元乙丙绝热层中氧化锌与硬脂酸反应动力学的影响。结果表明,随着纳米氧化锌粒径增大,反应级数n逐渐增大,最终增幅趋缓,反应级数n趋于一定值;随着纳米氧化锌粒径减小,比表面积增大,粒子的摩尔表面能E^sm增大,速率常数k增大,反应的表观活化能Ea下降,反应速率加快;随着纳米氧化锌粒径减小,粒子的摩尔表面熵降低,反应的摩尔活化熵也随着降低,最终指前因子A也降低。The content of residual stearic acid in EPDM adiabatic film was determined by liquid chromatography at different curing temperature and time.The effect of particle sizes e.g.(200±10)nm,(90±10)nm,(50±10)nm,(30±10)nm of nano-zinc oxide on its reaction kinetics of with stearic acid in EPDM insulation have been studied.The results showed that with the increase of nano-zinc oxide particle size,the reaction order is gradually increased,to a certain value in the end.With the decrease of nano-zinc oxide particle size,the specific surface area increases,and the molar surface energy of particle increases.With the rate constant increases,but the apparent activation energy of the reaction decreases with accelerated reaction rate.With the decrease of nano-zinc oxide particle size,the molar surface entropy of the particle decreases,so that the molar activation entropy of the reaction decreases,and the pre-exponential factor decreases finally.
