摘  要:以2.5D针刺炭毡为增强体,酚醛树脂为先驱体,采用液相浸渍-碳化法制备C/C复合材料。对酚醛树脂先驱体溶液的流变性能、凝胶性能、固化行为及失重行为等性能进行全面的分析,为后续工艺优化提供指导,研究了酚醛树脂溶液浓度对2.5D针刺炭毡浸渍效率的影响。结果表明,当浸渍温度为60℃时,酚醛树脂溶液的粘度在4 h的浸渍时间内保持在200 mPa·s左右,在1.5 MPa下加压浸渍3 h,循环6个周期的浸渍固化炭化工艺过程后,浓度为75%的酚醛树脂溶液的浸渍效果较好,浸渍效率高。In this study,carbon/carbon composites have been prepared by liquid impregnation-carbonization method.The 2.5D needle carbon felts were impregnated with phenolic resin precursor.Comprehensive properties of the phenolic resin,such as rheological properties,gelation properties,curing behavior,and thermostability have been analyzed to providEa guidance for the optimization of subsequent processes.The effect of concentration of phenolic resin on the impregnation efficiency of 2.5D needle carbon felt was studied.The results show that the viscosity of phenolic resin is 200 mPa·s in 4 hours when the temperature was 60℃.Moreover,the impregnation efficiency toward phenolic resin at a concentration of 75%is the best after six I/CR cycles.
