摘　　要：针对大型复杂铸件毛坯加工前验收现有钳工划线方法操作难度大、耗时费力、效率低等难题,提出了一种关节臂式三维测量新型便捷的测量方法。首先从最终产品数模中提取待测物体数模坐标系,选取基准点坐标,建立工件坐标系,然后利用关节臂对铸件实物表面进行轨迹测量实施,最终按测量需要,进行数据处理,将扫描的铸件实物三维形貌与最终产品数模对比,可直观得出各铸造面铸造余量及分配情况。通过航天产品遥感器相机典型零件可见三镜支撑架和桁架的测量,对比了与钳工划线方法的差异,解决了传统划线方法无法克服的技术难题和难点。经实物验证表明,该方法对空间复杂铸件,可实现快速、准确的加工前验收,能够提高铸件产品验收质量和效率。A new and convenient method of joint arm 3d measurement is put forward,facing the problems of difficult operation,time-consuming and laborious operation and low efficiency of the existing fitter marking method before the rough processing of largEand complex castings.First,we have to extract the object under test from the final product 3d coordinates,and to extract the datum point coordinates,and then set up the work piece coordinate system.The use of joint arm through non-contact measuring physical surface finish for the castings tail measure implementation.Finally,the requirements of the measured data processing,will scan the casting material 3d morphology and final product contrast,can be intuitive obtains the casting surface casting allowancEand distribution.Through the measurement of three mirror support framEand truss of typical parts of remote sensing camera for aerospace products.The difference between them and fitter marking method is compared.The technical difficulties that traditional marking method cannot overcomEare solved.The results show that the improved method can achieve rapid and accurate pre-processing acceptancEand improve the quality and efficiency of thEacceptance of casting products.
