摘　　要：阿里巴巴集团首倡“开放、分享、责任、全球化”的新商业文明,而要让此倡议成为共识和自觉的行动,不能仅靠企业自身去推动。在新旧动能转换的大背景下,只有建设高效、规范、国际化的市场,才能促进新商业文明建设,保证我国经济的持续健康发展。要达此目的,优化营商环境是必然选择。在齐鲁文化的视域下,将道德自律与法治建设紧密结合起来是优化营商环境、促进新商业文明建设的一条必然途径。Alibaba Group advocates a new business civilization of"openness,sharing,responsibility,globalization".To make this initiative a consensus and conscious action,it cannot be promoted solely by the company itself.In the context of the conversion of old and new kinetic energy,only by building an efficient,standardized,and international market can we promote the construction of a new commercial civilization and ensure the sustainable and healthy development of our economy.To achieve this,optimizing the business environment is an inevitable choice.From the perspective of Qilu culture,tightly combining moral self-discipline and the construction of the rule of law is an inevitable way to optimize the business environment and promote the construction of a new commercial civilization.
