摘　　要：针对快速砂浆棒法碱活性试验过程中数据离散性大、自动化程度低的问题,研发了一种全新的自动测试仪,通过位移传感器系统和温控系统的结合,达到了测量数据在试验环境下自动采集的效果。通过试验数据横向和纵向的比较,确定了自动测试仪的可行性。During the alkali activity test process using the accelerated mortar bar method,there are problems of large data discreteness and low degree of automation.In this paper,a new automatic test instrument is developed,through the combination of a displacement sensor system and a temperature control system,the effect of automatic acquisition of measurement data in the test environment is achieved.By comparing the experimental data horizontally and vertically,the feasibility of the automatic test instrument is confirmed.
