摘　　要：新技术背景下物流产业向智慧化转型,物流人才培养定位脱离产业发展需求,有必要重新定位智慧物流人才培养的规格,探讨物流管理专业转型与人才培养再定位路径,即基于《悉尼协议》框架的物流管理专业转型,围绕“学习型”师资队伍打造、智慧物流课程体系构建、智慧物流实训体系共建三个关键点构建智慧物流人才培养模式框架。Under the background of new technology,the logistics industry is transforming into intelligence,and the logistics talent training orientation is separated from the needs of industrial development.It is necessary to refine the specification of intelligent logistics talent training,and explore the transformation of logistics management specialty and the reorientation path of talent training,that is,to carry out the transformation of logistics management based on the framework of the Sydney Agreement,and to build up the framework of intelligent logistics talent training mode around three key points of the construction of“Learning type”teaching staff,the construction of intelligent logistics curriculum system and the joint construction of intelligent logistics training system.
