摘 要:目前河道流量测量中常用的水文缆道测流存在自动化和信息化程度低、测速装置耗能高、铅鱼位置不稳定导致测速精度降低等问题,采用带姿态测量的智能铅鱼,利用卡尔曼滤波方法则可以进行测速控制及水深校正。利用无线收发器进行现场流速仪电源控制,利用太阳能板进行现场测流装置充电,利用以太网通信,引入“心跳包”机制,基于VB.net开发了一套自动测流WEB监控系统。实际应用到福建、贵州等相关河道流量测量发现,其系统运行稳定可靠,能够完全支持手(自)动河道测流,并能根据系统流速仪配置以及岸边系数等实时进行流量计算,同时还支持远程数据存储、流量历史数据查询、系统设备工作状态控制等,实现了自动化与信息化在“智能水利”领域的高度融合。There are some problems in the commonly used hydrological cableway flow measurement,such as low degree of information and automation,high energy consumption of velocity measurement device,and low accuracy of velocity measurement caused by the instability of lead fish position etc.In order to solve these problems,firstly,the intelligent lead fish with three-dimensional position measurement was applied,and the Kalman filter method was used for velocity control and water depth correction.Secondly,the power supply of the velocity device on the spot was controlled by the wireless transceiver,the measuring device was charged by utilizing solar panels which are energy-saving and environmentally friendly.Thirdly,the“heart-Packet”mechanism was introduced by utilizing Ethernet communication,and a set of automatic flow-measuring web monitoring system was developed based on VB.net.This system has been applied into the relevant channel flow measurement in Fujian and Guizhou.The result has shown that it runs very stably and reliably,and the high integration of automation and information in the field of“intelligent water resources”has been realized.The system has some functions such as manual or automatic control of flow measurement of the river,the real-time flow calculation based on the system’s flow instrument configuration and the shore coefficient,even the working state monitor on the separated devices,and remote data storage and the query of the historic flow for promotion the efficiency of information management in the field of hydrologic test.
