摘　　要：目的:提高护士对恶心呕吐(CINV)对患者造成危害的认识和循证护理问题。方法:成立安全文化团队、使用HAMA焦虑量表、MASCC止吐评价工具、对51例卵巢恶性肿瘤化疗患者进行访谈。结果:患者CINV与焦虑呈正相关、正确的护理干预能减轻CINV的症状、提高患者治疗的信心。结论:CUSP项目能降低CINV的发生率、提高医护团队的安全意识。Objective:To improve nurses’ understanding of the harm of CINV to patients and the problem of evidence-based nursing.Methods:A safety culture team was set up.51 patients with ovarian malignant tumor were interviewed with HAMA anxiety scale and MASCC antiemetic evaluation tool.Results:Showed that nausea and vomiting were positively correlated with anxiety.Correct nursing intervention can reduce CINV and improve patients’ confidence in treatment.Conclusion:CUSP project can reduce CINV and improve the safety awareness of the medical team.
