自制防尘湿化帽对1例气管造瘘术后长期带管患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:研究自制防尘湿化帽并观察在1例气管造瘘术后长期带管患者中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取1例气管造瘘术后需长期带管的患者,在进行常规护理的基础上增加使用自制防尘湿化帽。结果:患者在使用期间,气管套管在位、固定稳妥,未出现明显咳嗽,咳痰,呛咳等现象,未出现堵管、窒息等严重并发症,可有效净化空气,防止空气中的尘土、异物、飞虫等误吸入气道。结论:自制防尘湿化帽对气道能起到很好的湿化作用,有利于维护气道正常生理功能,从而降低误吸、呛咳以及呼吸道感染发生率。Objective:To observe the effect and to explore the nursing experience of self-made dust-proof wetting cap in a patient with long-term tube after tracheostomy.Methods:One patient who needed long-term tube after tracheostomy was randomly selected and self-made dust-proof wetting cap was added on the basis of routine nursing.Results:During the period of use,the tracheal cannula was in place and fixed safely.No obvious cough,sputum,choking and other phenomena occurred.No serious complications such as blockage and asphyxia occurred.It can effectively purify the air and prevent dust,foreign bodies and flying insects from inhaling into the airway by mistake.Conclusion:The self-made dust-proof wetting cap can play a good role in humidifying the airway,which is conducive to maintaining the normal physiological function of the airway,thus reducing the incidence of aspiration,cough and respiratory tract infection.
