摘  要:为有效抑制"强光一号"加速器输出脉冲电流信号的预脉冲,进一步提升电流波形的质量,基于"强光一号"加速器的结构特点,在脉冲形成线和脉冲输出线之间,设计了抑制输出电流预脉冲的接地环形金属板。电路仿真和计算分析表明,该结构可在脉冲电压峰值为1.67MV的条件下有效工作,与无预脉冲抑制结构时相比,预脉冲电压峰值可降低80%,预脉冲电流峰值可降低90%。实验结果表明,该结构能够在脉冲电压峰值为1.4MV的条件下正常工作,与无预脉冲抑制结构时相比,预脉冲电压峰值可降低65%,预脉冲电流峰值可降低71%,且不影响负载电流的峰值。Due to the capacitive coupling effect,the self-breakdown water dielectric switch located between the pulse forming line and the pulse output line generates a pre-pulse voltage.In Qiangguang-I accelerator,this phenomenon will lead to the instability of the diode load.To effectively suppress the pre-pulse of the output pulse current signal of the Qiangguang-I accelerator and further improve the quality of the current waveform,a simple structure with inserting agrounding ring metal plate between the pulse forming line and the pulse output line is designed.In this way,the stray capacitance between the transmission lines will be greatly reduced,and the capacitance coupling effect will also be weakened.The design is proved to be reliable by circuit simulation and experiment.The circuit simulation results show that when the peak pulse voltage is about 1.67 MV,the peak pre-pulse voltage can be reduced by 80%,and the peak pre-pulse current can be reduced by 90% compared with the structure without pre-pulse suppression.The experimental results show that when the peak pulse voltage is about 1.4 MV,the peak pre-pulse voltage can be reduced by 65%,and the peak pre-pulse current can be reduced by 71% compared with the structure without pre-pulse suppression.
