摘  要:基于带状线微波导行原理,设计了一种宽频带开放式横电磁波传输室,推导了特性阻抗与几何尺寸间的关系式,确定了特性阻抗为50Ω时的传输室几何尺寸,并通过建模分析,研究了传输室的频率特性。实验测试结果表明,设计的传输室特性阻抗为52.2Ω,在频率小于628MHz的范围内,电压驻波比小于2.2。该传输室可用于电磁脉冲传感器标定和小型电子设备的HEMP效应研究。A wide-band transverse electromagnetic(TEM)cell with open architecture is designed based on the principle of stripline,which can be used to calibrate electromagnetic pulse sensor and study the HEMP effect for electronic devices with small dimensions.The relationship between the characteristic impedance and the geometric structure is given by analyzing the principle of stripline.The geometric dimension of the TEM cell is determined,and the frequency characteristic of the TEM cell is studied numerically when the characteristic impedance is 50 Ω.The test results show that when the characteristic impedance of the designed TEM cell is 52.2Ω,the voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR)is less than 2.2 at frequency below 628 MHz.
