摘　　要：高职院校辅导员团队建设事关高职院校辅导员的个人成长与发展、大学生思想政治教育工作的成效。可基于木桶理论与高职院校辅导员团队建设的关系,从提升辅导员团队成员素质、增强团队协作能力、打造团队发展平台等三个方面,提出高职院校辅导员团队建设的措施。The team building of counselors in higher vocational colleges is related to the personal growth and development of counselors and the effect of ideological and political education of college students.Based on the relationship between the barrel theory and the counselor team building in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the measures to build the counselor team building in higher vocational colleges from three aspects,such as improving the quality of the counselor team members,enhancing the team cooperation ability and building the team development platform.
