在线安全稳定分析系统在山西中部电网的实用化分析

摘　　要：国调中心在省级以上调控机构全面开展了在线安全稳定分析系统(以下简称在线系统)的建设与深化应用工作,该系统可以对电网实时运行情况进行分析计算,提高了电网实时运行控制水平。山西中部电网结构紧密,部分区域短路超标,目前部分断面采用开环的运行方式。利用在线系统对东山电厂最大、最小开机下中部电网解合环方式的校核,尝试安排部分线路合环运行,优化电网运行方式,最大可能缓解设备重过载。State electric power dispatching and communication center has carried out the construction and deepening application of the online safety and stability analysis system(hereinafter called the online system)in the regulatory agencies above the provincial level.The system can analyze and calculate the real time operation condition of the power grid,and improve the control level of the real-time operation of the power grid. The central Shanxi power grid has a tight structure,and there is short-circuit current excessive problem in some areas.At present,open-loop operation mode is adopted in partial section. The online system is used to check the open/closed loop mode of central Shanxi power grid under the maximum and minimum start-up mode of Dongshan Power Plant,and to try to arrange the closing loop operation of some lines and optimize the operation mode of the power grid,so as to alleviate the heavy overload of the equipment.
