论基层公安机关领导干部政治能力建设的主要着力点

摘　　要：政治建设是党建工作的首要任务,领导干部政治能力建设则是党的政治建设的关键,提高领导干部政治能力建设有利于提高领导干部政治素质、领导水平及应对风险的能力。对于当前制约公安机关领导干部政治能力建设的因素,主要从政治担当、政治理论学习及党内政治生活三方面展开分析,进而从规范党内政治生活、多渠道开展政治理论学习、深入公安实践与党支部建设四方面给予建议,以期提高基层公安机关领导干部的政治能力建设,夯实政治意识,强化政治担当,完成好政治建警任务。Political construction is the primary task of the Party’s building,and the construction of political capability of leading cadres is the key to the Party’s political construction.Constructing the political capability of leading cadres is helpful to improve their political quality,leadership skill and ability to cope with risks.This paper discusses the construction of the political capability of leading cadres in public security agencies in terms of political responsibility,political theories learning and political life within the party.Suggestions are given on standardizing political life within the Party,learning political theories through multiple channels,carrying out in depth field practice and constructing Party branches,in order to improve the political capacity building of leading cadres of grass-roots public security agencies,consolidate political consciousness,strengthen political responsibility,and complete the task of building police force by way of politics.
