卓越研究生培养视域下高校资助体系的构建

摘　　要：高校资助体系作为研究生培养机制改革中的基础环节和重点要素,对研究生人才培养质量的提升发挥着重要的导向作用。在卓越研究生培养视域下,建构与培养目标相协同的资助理念,以科学动态的校院研究生评价机制为基础,以项目资助和实践平台建设为支撑的研究生资助体系,将有利于深化研究生教育内涵建设,服务于各类型、各层次、各阶段研究生培养方案的实施,为提高研究生科研学术能力与实践创新能力奠定坚实的基础。As a basic link and key factor in the reform of postgraduate training mechanism, the college financial aid system plays an important guiding role in improving the quality of postgraduate student training. Under the background of excellent postgraduate training, the postgraduate funding system should be based on the scientific and dynamic evaluation mechanism of the graduate school, be supported by project funding and practical platform construction and be built up in accordance with the training objectives. Such a funding system is beneficial to deepen the connotation construction of postgraduate education and will facilitate the implementation of all kinds of postgraduate training programs at all levels and stages, laying a solid foundation for improving the academic ability and practical innovation ability of graduate students.
