摘　　要：新时代大学文化包含物质、精神、制度、行为文化等多种形态,它们各具基本特征,相互交融协作,共同构成了独特的大学文化生态体系。立足新时代,高校应当弘扬中华优秀传统文化精髓,践行社会主义核心价值观,培育大学精神内涵品质,汲取世界多元文化养分,提升校园环境建设水准,以积聚内生动能,构筑文化高地,为“双一流”和高水平大学建设提供新动力。University culture of the new era contains different forms of culture: material, spiritual, institutional and behavioral, etc. These cultures have their respective characteristics and work together to create a distinctive ecosystem of university culture by blending and cooperating with each other. In the new era, colleges and universities should promote the essentials of excellent Chinese traditional culture, put the socialist core values into practice and develop the connotation of university spirit. By absorbing world multicultural nourishment and boosting the standards of campus environmental construction, we can accumulate more endogenous energy, build a higher platform of culture and provide new driving force for the construction of "double first-class" and high-level universities.
