摘  要:针对鲁克沁深层稠油油藏减氧空气吞吐的增油机理认识不清的问题,运用油藏数值模拟方法、一维填砂管物理模型实验、二维可视化模型实验及正交实验数值模拟分析,得到水驱油、注气及连续生产过程的饱和度、压力、气体等分布特征,清晰描述减氧空气吞吐的抑水增油机理,分析地质条件对吞吐效果的影响,并将研究结果应用于现场。结果表明:注入的减氧空气70%以上进入高渗水流通道,生产时分散相的气泡膨胀及合并,经过孔喉时产生贾敏效应,水相沿原有优势通道的渗流阻力增加至1.6倍,改变了水流通道,提高水驱波及体积,同时降低了水相渗透率,吞吐后含水率由90.0%最低降至23.0%,有效期达120 d以上,实现了抑水增油的目的。影响减氧空气吞吐效果的地质因素由强到弱依次为储层厚度、层间级差、原油黏度。该研究明确了减氧空气吞吐增油的作用机理,对现场应用价值具有指导意义。Reservoir numerical simulation,1D sand filling pipe simulation experiment,2D visualization simulation experiment and orthogonal numerical simulation analysis were used to clarify the oil enhancement mechanism of disoxidation air huff-puff in the deep heavy-oil reservoir of Lukeqin Oilfield.The saturation,pressure and gas distributions and performances for waterflooding,gas injection and continuous production process were gained to characterize the oil enhancement and water suppression mechanisms of disoxidation air huff-puff.The influences of geology on huff-puff performance were also presented and the research was applied in field.Result indicates that more than 70% of the injected disoxidation air flows into the high-permeability water flowing channels.The bubble of dispersion phase expands and merges during production,which results in the Jiamin effect during flowing through the throat.The water flow resistance across the original dominant channel has been increased to 1.6 times,which changes the water flowing channel,enhance water flooding area and reduce water relative-permeability.The water-cut decreases from 90.0%to the lower of 23.0% and the effective period exceeds 120 d,which realizes the water suppression and oil enhancement.The influencing level of geological factors on disoxidation air huff-puff performance from high to low are reservoir thickness,interlayer permeability contrast and oil viscosity in turn.This research could provide certain theoretical basis and field application for clarifying the oil enhancement mechanism of disoxidation air huff-puff.
