大果木姜子挥发油的研究进展

摘　　要：大果木姜子为樟科樟属植物米槁Cinnamomummigao H.W.Li的干燥成熟果实。近年来,国内学者对大果木姜子的活性成分及药理作用进行了大量的研究,表明其挥发油成分可能是其药理作用的主要成分之一。植物挥发油的工业生产和提取过程,特别是中药挥发油已在纯化和鉴定领域取得了许多新发现。挥发油的药理价值引起了公众和学术界的兴趣。本文综述了大果木姜子挥发油的提取纯化方法、化学组成及药理活性,为开发利用大果木姜子,同时为今后深入开展大果木姜子的制剂提供了重要的参考和基础。Litsealancilimba Merr.is the dry mature fruit of Cinnamomummigao H.W.Li.In recent years,domestic scholars have carried out a lot of research on the active ingredients and pharmacological effects of Litsealancilimba Merr.,indicating that its volatile oil component may be one of the main components of its pharmacological action.The industrial production and extraction process of plant volatile oil,especially the volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine has made many new discoveries in the field of purification and identification.The pharmacological value of volatile oil has attracted public and academic interest.In this paper,the extraction,purification,chemical composition and pharmacological activity of volatile oil from Litsealancilimba Merr.were reviewed.It provides an important reference and basis for the development and utilization of LitsealancilimbaMerr.in the future.
