摘  要:目前,我国石化领域引起压力容器设备失效的原因统计中,由于裂纹腐蚀和疲劳断裂引起的设备失效占41%,科学地处理裂纹问题已成为当前亟待解决的问题之一。声发射技术(Acoustic Emission,AE)具有环境适应性强、操作方便和检测成本低等优点,可实现对压力容器裂纹的动态监测,能提供裂纹的早期或临近破坏预报。At present,Crack corrosion and fatigue fracture accounted for 41%according to the statistics of the cause of the pressure vessel equipment failure in Chinese petrochemical field,Therefore,how to deal with the crack problem scientifically is becoming one of the urgent problems to be solved at present.Acoustic emission technology has the advantages of low environmental requirements,convenient operation and lower cost in the process of crack detection,Which can achieve continuous health monito-ring of the equipment and provide early or near-destructive prediction to crack corrosion.
