摘　　要：齐墩果酸属五环三萜类化合物,广泛分布于女贞子、青叶胆、人参、木瓜等植物中,具有保肝护肝、降糖、降脂、抗癌、增强免疫力等多种药理活性,是治疗急性黄疸型肝炎和慢性病毒性肝炎的理想药物,目前主要从含量较高的植物中提取。全面系统的综述了齐墩果酸的提取、测定方法、药理活性及结构修饰研究,为齐墩果酸的进一步研究和开发提供参考依据。Oleanolic acid belongs to pentacyclic triterpene compounds and it is widely distributed in various kinds of plants such as Ligustrum lucidum,Swertia mileensis,Panax ginseng and Chaenomeles sinensis.It has various pharmacological activities such as hepatoprotective,hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering,and anticancer.Oleanolic acid is a perfect drug to treat acute icterohepatitis and chronic viral hepatitis.At present,it is mainly extracted from some plants with high content.The extraction methods,assay method,biological activity and structure modification were introduced,which will provide some scientific basis for the exploitation of oleanolic acid.
