水性脱模剂的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：以二甲基硅油为主要原料,通过复配乳化剂、消泡剂等组分经乳化制得水性脱模剂。探讨了搅拌速度、乳化温度、乳化浓度和乳化时间对产品稳定性的影响,结果表明当搅拌速度大于10000 r/min、乳化温度在80℃、乳化浓度为5%、乳化时间为15 min时,水性脱模剂稳定性最高,50℃高温储层稳定性为60天,常温储层稳定性为6个月。将最终制备的水性脱模剂用于预制构件地铁管片中发现,水性脱模剂不仅具有优异的脱模效果,还可以有效低消除管片气泡。The water release agent was prepared by emulsifying the different components,such as emulsifier,simethicone and defoaming agent.The effect of stirring speed,emulsifying temperature,emulsion concentration and emulsification time were investigated.The results showed that the stability of water release agents was the best when stirring speed was 10000 r/min,emulsification temperature was 80℃,emulsion concentration was 5%and emulsification time was 15 min.The water release agent was finally detected according to JC/T 949-2005 and was used in the precast metro segment,which showed that the release agent had excellent release effect and could eliminate the segment bubbles.
