摘　　要：采用正交实验研究2D醚化树脂对棉织物免烫整理的影响因素,免烫整理工艺采用一浸一轧两次,轧余率70%,考察因素包括树脂用量、催化剂用量、焙烘温度和焙烘时间,找出了2D醚化树脂对棉织物免烫整理过程中,影响棉织物强力损失的显著因素和影响棉织物游离甲醛含量的非常显著因素和显著因素,影响棉织物强力损失的显著因素有焙烘温度,影响棉织物游离甲醛含量的非常显著因素有树脂用量和焙烘温度,影响棉织物游离甲醛含量的显著因素有催化剂的用量。Orthogonal experiment was used to study the factors affecting the non-ironing finishing of cotton fabric with 2D etherified resin.One dip and two padding were used in the non-ironing finishing process,and the rolling residual rate was 70%.The factors included the amount of resin,the amount of catalyst,the baking temperature and the baking time.The influence of 2D etherified resin on the non-ironing finishing of cotton fabric was found out.The significant factor affecting the strength loss and the content of free formaldehyde in cotton fabrics was the baking temperature.The significant factors affecting the content of free formaldehyde in cotton fabrics were resin content and baking temperature.The significant factor affecting the content of free formaldehyde in cotton fabrics was the amount of catalyst used.
