摘  要:通过干法灰化处理苦水玫瑰的干花蕾,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定分析样品中的11种矿质元素。结果表明,从苦水玫瑰中测得各元素含量由高到低依次为:Ca>K>Mg>Na>Al>Fe>Mn>Zn>Sr>Cu>Cr,其中Ca元素的含量为12376.470μg/g,Cr元素的含量为2.777μg/g。11种元素的RSD值在1.32%~8.80%之间,该方法可行。研究结果为苦水玫瑰的进一步开发提供了科学依据。The research samples of the dry flower of Rosa rugosa Thunb.in Kushui were pretreated by the method of dry ashing.The 11 kinds of mineral elements were determined and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).The experiment results showed that the contents of elements from high to low were Ca>K>Mg>Na>Al>Fe>Mn>Zn>Sr>Cu>Cr.The content of Ca element was 12376.470μg/g and Cr element was 2.777μg/g.The value of RSD was 1.32%~8.80%.The method was feasible.The research results will provide the scientific basis for the further development of Rosa rugosa Thunb.in Kushui.
