摘　　要：精密度是表示测量的再现性,是保证准确度的先决条件,本次橡胶胶乳机械稳定性测定的精密度试验选用了2种合成橡胶胶乳,每种胶乳共有来自六个实验室的数据,根据GB/T 6379.2的规定,对试验的所有数据通过柯克伦检验和格拉布斯检验进行一致性和离群值检验,确定试验结果没有离群值,所有数据均可以用于精密度的计算,最后计算出实验室内与实验室间的重复性和再现性。Precision is the reproducibility of measurement and the prerequisite to ensure accuracy.Two kinds of synthetic rubber latex were selected for the precision test of determination of mechanical stability.Each latex had data from six laboratories.According to GB/T 6379.2,Cochran and Grubbs statistics were used to determine consistency and outliers.There was no outlier in the results.All the data can be used for precision calculation.Finally,the repeatability and reproducibility between laboratory and laboratory were calculated.
