摘 要:目前,我国国内各汽车主机厂多采用袋式法和GMW15634/15635法对汽车用原材料进行VOC测试,为对比两种方法,本文对六种不同牌号的PP料进行了这两种VOC测试方法的对比分析,结果表明,对于同一种材料,两种方法的检出结果值相差较大,GMW15634/15635法普遍低于袋式法,而且GMW15634/15635法多次出现未检出的情况。建议各主机厂根据实际情况合理选择测试方法才能获得更准确的结果,才能为车内VOC控制提供有力证据,更好的改善车内空气质量。At present,most vehicle factory in China usually use the bag method or GMW15634/15635 to test VOC on raw materials used in automobiles.In order to compare the two methods,a comparative analysis of the two VOC test methods was made by testing six different PP materials,and the results showed that for the same material,the detection value of the two methods was quite different,and the bag method was generally higher than the GMW 15634/15635 method which had repeatedly failed to detect the VOC.Reasonable selection of test method can obtain more accurate results,and it was beneficial to the control of VOC and improve the air quality in the car.
