摘　　要：为满足热镀锌铝锑合金铝含量生产要求,采用直读光谱仪类型校准模式下对热镀锌铝锑合金产品中的铝含量进行检测分析。由于热镀锌铝锑合金标准样品种类较少,为确保检测的铝含量准确,需要对校准标样进行添加,进一步完善热镀锌铝锑合金中铝元素的内部预制校准曲线,确保铝含量检测结果准确。In order to meet the production requirements of hot galvanized aluminum vanadium alloy,the aluminum content of hot galvanized aluminum alloy products is detected and analyzed under the type calibration mode of the direct-read spectrometer.Due to the small number of standard samples of hot galvanized aluminum vanadium alloy,in order to ensure the accuracy of the pre-furnace aluminum content of the test,it is necessary to add calibration samples to further improve the internal pre-pre-pre-pre-calibration curve of the aluminum element of the thermally galvanized aluminum vanadium alloy,and to ensure that the aluminum content test results are accurate.
