丝瓜络悬浮填料移动床处理生活废水研究

摘　　要：采用天然丝瓜络制作生物膜填料,并投加到MBBR反应器中,经生物挂膜培养,生物量达0.49gMLSS·g/丝瓜络。丝瓜络填料在MBBR反应器中处于悬浮流化状态,溶解氧传质效率高,与生活废水充分接触。本反应器在HRT为4h的运行条件下连续运行20多天,出水COD、氨氮、总磷去除率分别达到82.95%、74.19%、65.78%,效果良好。Using natural loofah to make biofilm filler and added to MBBR reactor,after culture the biofilm,the biomass reached 0.49g mlss·g Luffa complex-1.Luffa complex filler is in suspension fluidization state in MBBR reactor,which has high mass transfer efficiency of dissolved oxygen and full contact with domestic wastewater.The removal efficiency of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus reached 82.95%,74.19%and 65.78%,respectively,with a good effect.
