血清外泌体中PSMA6、PSMA7的表达水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清外泌体中PSMA6、PSMA7的表达水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法纳入2017年7月至2019年6月我院收治的120例颈动脉粥样硬化患者为研究组、健康体检者120例为对照组;根据颈动脉中膜厚度将120例颈动脉粥样硬化患者分为58例增厚组和62例斑块组。检测受试人员血清外泌体中PSMA6、PSMA7的表达量。采用Pearson相关系数分析血清外泌体中PSMA6、PSMA7的表达水平与颈动脉中膜厚度的相关性。用受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC)的AUC分析血清外泌体中PSMA6、PSMA7检测在颈动脉粥样硬化中的诊断意义。结果颈动脉粥样硬化血清外泌体中PSMA6、PSMA7的表达水平均高于健康体检者(P<0.05);增厚组受试人员血清外泌体中PSMA6、PSMA7的表达水平均低于斑块组受试人员(P<0.05)。血清外泌体中PSMA6、PSMA7的表达水平与颈动脉中膜厚度均存在正相关(P<0.05)。血清外泌体中PSMA6、PSMA7单项诊断颈动脉粥样硬化患者和健康体检者的灵敏度为84%、85%,特异性分别为83%、87%。结论血清外泌体中PSMA6、PSMA7的表达水平与颈动脉粥样硬化存在相关性,并且其检测可作为颈动脉粥样硬化的潜在标志。Objective To investigate the correlations between the expressions of PSMA6 and PSMA7 in serum exosomes and carotid atherosclerosis.Methods 120 patients with carotid atherosclerosis admitted to our hospital from July,2017 to June,2019 were enrolled in the study group,while 120 healthy subjects were included in the control group.Based on carotid artery thickness,120 cases of carotid atherosclerosis patients were further divided into the thickening group(58 cases)and plaque group(62 cases).The expression levels of PSMA6 and PSMA7 in serum exosomes of all the subjects were examined.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between the expression levels of PSMA6 and PSMA7 in serum exosomes and carotid artery media thickness.The AUC of the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was used to evaluate the diagnostic significances of PSMA6 and PSMA7 in serum exosomes of carotid atherosclerosis.Results The expression levels of PSMA6 and PSMA7 in serum exosomes of carotid atherosclerosis patients were higher than those in healthy subjects(P<0.05).The expression levels of PSMA6 and PSMA7 in serum exosomes of the patients in the thickening group were lower than those in the plaque group(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the expression levels of PSMA6 and PSMA7 in serum exosomes and carotid artery media thickness(P<0.05).The sensitivities of PSMA6 and PSMA7 in serum exosomes for the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis and healthy subjects were 84%and 85%,and the specificities were 83%and 87%,respectively.Conclusion The expression levels of PSMA6 and PSMA7 in serum exosomes are correlated with carotid atherosclerosis,and could be used as the potential markers for carotid atherosclerosis.
