摘  要:以同周期单独培养的微囊藻生长密度为对照,将小球藻在低密度、中密度和高密度条件下,分别与低密度的铜绿微囊藻共同培养,探究对其生长抑制作用。结果表明:(1)小球藻的初始密度不同,对其的生长具有显著影响(p<0.01,F=5.75),随着初始接种密度的增加,最大生物量、生长速率均存在差异。当2种微囊藻的初始接种密度为4.5×10^5个/mL单独培养条件下,铜绿微囊藻的生长速率高于小球藻的,但是其藻类最大现存量却低于小球藻的。(2)在共培养条件下,当铜绿微囊藻密度不变,随着小球藻接种密度的提高,对微囊藻生长的影响效果愈加明显,尤其是当小球藻密度提高至9×10^5个/mL以上时。In this paper,comparing with the concentration of microalgae individually cultivated in the same period,we investigated the growth of different initial cell density of Chlorella sp.,as well as the concentrations of them affecting the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa by a mixed culture method.The results showed that the growth of the initial cell density of Chlorella sp.had a significant difference(p<0.01,F=5.75),and the differences of maximum biomass and growth rate were obvious with the promotion of the initial cell density of Chlorella.When the initial cell density of Chlorella sp.and M.aeruginosa were 4.5×10^5 cells/ml in single cultivation period,the growth rate of M.aeruginosa is higher than of Chlorella.,but the maximum cell density of M.aeruginosa is lower than of Chlorella.The Chlorella can inhibit the growth the M.aeruginosa,and the inhibition was more obvious with the promotion of the initial cell density of Chlorella,especially the cell density reached the 9×10^5 cells/mL.
