摘　　要：法治实践与公民意识在哲学基础和法理逻辑上具有密切的内在关联。法治实践是公民意识培育的有效方式和重要保障。公民意识培育与法治实践具有共同的价值取向和目标追求。改革开放以来我国的法治实践进步对公民意识的培育起到了重要的推动作用。新时代深化依法治国实践蕴含着丰富的公民意识培育的价值,主要体现在立法、执法、司法、守法等全面依法治国实践的各环节上。Practice governed by law and citizen consciousness is closely interrelated in philosophical basis and legal logic. It is an effective way and an important guarantee to cultivate citizen consciousness. Its cultivation shares the same value orientation and goal pursuit with practice governed by law. Since the reform and opening up,the progress of practice in China has played an important role in promoting the cultivation of citizen consciousness. In this new era,the practice of deepening the rule by law contains rich value,which is reflected in legislation,law enforcement,justice,law-abiding and other aspects of the comprehensive practice of the rule of law.
