摘 要:实验以Ti(OBu)4为前驱体,采用溶胶凝胶法制备TiO2薄膜,探究在TiO2薄膜的最佳烧结温度下,厚度对其亲水性能的影响以及在可见光催化下TiO2的不同晶型对污染物质亚甲基蓝的降解性能。通过热重分析仪(TG-DTG)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、接触角测试等方法对薄膜的热稳定性、晶相组成、表面形貌、接触角等微观结构进行表征分析。结果表明:薄膜的最佳烧结温度是450℃,此时TiO2主要以锐钛矿型存在,表面致密且光滑,没有裂纹产生,接触角较小;在最佳烧结温度下,当薄膜相对厚度为7时,接触角为5.3°,表现出良好的亲水性;不同的晶型在不同的光照时间下对亚甲基蓝的降解性能不一,TiO2复合晶型经50 min光照后降解亚甲基蓝的效果最好,降解率为91.08%。Using titanium steel as precursor,TiO2 thin membrane was prepared by sol-gel method.The effects of thickness on its hydrophilicity and the degradation properties of different crystalline forms of TiO2 on the methylene blue under visible light photo catalysis were researched at the optimum sintering temperature of TiO2 thin membrane.Thermal stability,crystal phases and surfacemorphology of TiO2 thin membranes were charactenized by thermo gravimetric(TG-DTG),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and contact angle test.The results show that the optimum sintering temperature of the thin membrane is 450℃,at which time the crystalline form of TiO2 is anatase mainly,the surface is dense,smooth,no cracks occurs and the contact angle is smaller.Good hydrophilicity are shown when the relative thickness of membrane is 7 and the contact angle of TiO2 thin membrane is 5.3°at the optimum sintering temperature.Different crystalline forms have different degradation properties of the methylene blue under different illumination time.The degradation effect of TiO2 composite crystalline form on methylene blue after 50 min illumination is the best,and the degradation rate is 91.08%.
