丹红注射液联合健儿强骨颗粒对四肢骨折患儿术后骨代谢指标水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹红注射液联合健儿强骨颗粒对四肢骨折患儿术后骨代谢指标水平的影响.方法:选取2017年12月至2019年1月河北省儿童医院收治并进行手术治疗的四肢骨折患儿96例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(48例)及研究组(48例).对照组患儿术后给予常规治疗,研究组患儿在对照组的基础上加用丹红注射液联合健儿强骨颗粒治疗.比较两组患儿骨折愈合时间,治疗前后血管内皮功能、凝血功能、骨代谢及炎性因子水平的差异.结果:研究组上肢骨折及下肢骨折患儿骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组患儿纤维蛋白原、内皮素1、β胶原降解产物、白细胞介素6、白细胞介素8及肿瘤坏死因子α水平明显低于对照组,凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间及凝血酶时间明显长于对照组,一氧化氮、骨碱性磷酸酶及骨钙素水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:丹红注射液联合健儿强骨颗粒能有效缩短四肢骨折患儿术后骨折愈合时间,改善患儿血管内皮功能及凝血功能,提高患儿骨代谢相关指标水平并减轻炎症反应.OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of Danhong injection combined with Jian’er Qianggu granules on postoperative bone metabolism index in pediatric patients with limb fracture.METHODS:Totally 96 pediatric patients with limb fracture admitted into Children’s Hospital of Hebei from Dec.2017 to Jan.2019 were extracted to be divided into the control group and the study group via the random number table,with 48 cases in each group.Pediatric patients in the control group were only given conventional postoperative treatment,while those in the study group were treated with Danhong injection combined with Jian’er Qianggu granules on the basis of the control group.Differences in healing time of fracture,vascular endothelial function,coagulation function,bone metabolism and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between two groups.RESULTS:The healing time of fracture in patients with upper limb fractures and lower limb fractures in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fibrinogen,endothelin 1,βcollagen degradation products,interleukin-6,interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factorαin the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,thrombin time were significantly longer than those in the control group;nitric oxide,bone alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin levels were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Danhong injection combined with Jian’er Qianggu granules can effectively shorten the postoperative healing time of fracture in pediatric patients with limb fractures,improve the vascular endothelial function and coagulation function,increase the levels of bone metabolism-related indicators and reduce the inflammation response of pediatric patients.
