摘　　要：目的:了解恶性肿瘤化疗患者应用保肝药的合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法:应用HIS系统和SPSS 21.0数据分析系统,对2014—2019年甘肃省肿瘤医院收治的623例恶性肿瘤化疗患者使用保肝药的现状进行综合分析和评价.结果:623例患者中,569例符合纳入标准.210例患者存在用药不合理现象,其中,57例为无适应证用药(占27.14%);30例为保肝药遴选不合理(占14.29%);67例为联合用药不当(占31.90%);35例为保肝药用法与用量不合理(占16.67%);21例为用药疗程不规范(占10.00%).结论:恶性肿瘤化疗患者保肝药的应用存在不合理现象,临床药师应及时进行医嘱点评和分析,积极与临床医师沟通,干预不合理用药现象,提高临床用药水平,促进临床合理用药.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application rationality of hepatoprotective drugs in malignant tumors patients with chemotherapy,so as to provide reference for rational application of drugs in clinic.METHODS:HIS system and SPSS 21.0 data analysis system were applied,the current status of 623 cases of malignant tumor patients receiving chemotherapy from 2014 to 2019 in Gansu Cancer Hospital was comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.RESULTS:Of the 623 patients,569 cases met the inclusion criteria.There were 210 patients with irrational drug use,among which 57 cases(27.14%)had no indications,30 cases(14.29%)were found to be irrational in the selection of hepatoprotective drugs,67 cases(31.90%)were treated with improper combination of drugs,35 cases(16.67%)had irrational usage and dosage of hepatoprotective drugs,and 21 cases(10.00%)had irregular medication courses.CONCLUSIONS:The application of hepatoprotective drugs in malignant tumors patients with chemotherapy is relatively irrational.Clinical pharmacists should conduct timely evaluation and analysis on prescriptions,actively communicate with the clinicians and intervene in the phenomenon of irrational drug use,so as to improve the clinical drug use and promote rational drug use in the clinic.
