芍药汤对湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎大鼠TNF-α及IL-6的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨芍药汤对湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)的影响。方法:将Wistar大鼠60只随机分为6组,每组10只,为空白组、模型组、柳氮磺砒啶组及芍药汤高、中、低剂量组。采用病症结合的方法复建湿热内蕴型大鼠模型,经生理盐水、柳氮磺砒啶及芍药汤干预后采用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组血清TNF-α及IL-6含量,镜下观察各组大鼠结肠组织病理形态。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠血清中TNF-α及IL-6浓度升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,柳氮磺砒啶组大鼠血清TNF-α及IL-6浓度下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),芍药汤高剂量组大鼠血清TNF-α及IL-6浓度降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芍药汤能够降低湿热内蕴型溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血清TNF-α及IL-6含量,抑制其炎性反应。Objective:To discuss the effects of Shaoyao decoctionon TNF-αand IL-6 of the rats with ulcerative colitis(UC)of damp-heat internal accumulation pattern.Methods:A total of 60 rats were randomized into sixgroups,ten rats each group,and they were the blank group,the model group,sulfasalazine group,high,moderate and low dosages groups of Shaoyao decoction.UC rat model was established by using the method of combining disease with syndrome,after intervened with physiological saline,sulfasalazine and Shaoyao decoction,ELISA method was adopted to detect the contents of TNF-αand IL-6 of the rats in different groups,the pathology of colon tissue in rats of different groups were observed under the microscope.Results:Compared with the blank group,the concentrations of TNF-αand IL-6 of the rats in the model group rose,and the difference could be found(P<0.05);compared with the model group,the concentrations of TNF-αandIL-6in sulfasalazine group reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the concentrations of TNF-αand IL-6 of the rats in high dose groups of Shaoyao decoction lowered,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shaoyao decoction could lower the contents of TNF-αand IL-6 in UC rats,and inhibit inflammatory reaction.
