现代膏方理论及临床运用探讨

摘　　要：从狭义膏方与广义膏方、膏方发展历史源流、膏方的适应病症范围、膏方的配伍原则、膏方的适用方药、膏方的用方季节6方面入手探讨现代膏方理论及临床应用,指出传统意义上的膏滋方受地域、时令及理论限制,故用方局限于冬令进补,方剂以补虚为功。随着现代膏方临床实践的深入,狭义膏滋方逐渐发展为广义膏方,从外用发展到内服,从补益发展到补虚、却病、纠偏,从冬令进补发展为四时可服,从固定方药到“煎膏代汤丸”。膏方在继承传统膏滋方的基础上,遵循中医基本理论,丰富了现代膏方理论及临床运用,推动了对膏方的进一步探索,为中医临床治疗实践提供了重要理论支撑,对中医发展具有重要意义。Modern paste prescription theory and clinical application were discussed from six aspects:paste prescription in narrow sense and broad sense,the development and historical origin of paste prescrion,indication range of paste prescription,compabitility principles of paste prescription,apropriate prescription and herbs for paste prescription,the season of using paste prescription,it was pointed out that paste prescription in traditional sense was limited by region,season and theory,the paste prescription was restricted to taking tonics in winter and the prescriptiom which could tonify the deficiency.As clinical practice of modern paste prescription deepen,paste prescription has evolved from narrow sense to broad sense,from external application to oral administration,from supplementing to tonifying the deficiency,curing the disease and correcting the imbalance,from taking tonics in winter to taking four seasons,fixed prescription to"paste instead of soup and pills".On the foundation of inheriting traditional paste,paste prescriptions follow TCM basic principles,enrich modern paste prescription theory and clinical application,promote further exploration,provide the important theoretical support to clinical practice and it is sigificant to TCM development.
