从肾肝脾治疗卵巢早衰用药探讨

摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析谢波教授治疗卵巢早衰的思路和用药规律。方法:收集2016年11月至2017年11月就诊于广东省第二中医院妇科的卵巢早衰患者81例,处方共273首,运用统计学软件对整理出的处方信息进行聚类分析。结果:273首处方中最多为肾阴亏虚证(54.58%),共使用中药28味,其中频率超过50%有12味,用药最多的为补益药(76.5%),其次为行气活血药,归经以入肝、肾、脾3脏为主。结论:谢波教授治疗卵巢早衰以肾为本,重在滋补肾阴,肝脾同调,养血活血。Objective:To analyze professor Xie Bo′s thinking and administration laws of treating premature ovarian failure(POF)retrospectively.Methods:A total of 81 POF patients who visited Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November,2016 to Novemeber,2017 were collected,273 prescriptions were involved,and cluster analysis of the prescription information was performed using statistical software.Results:Among 273 prescriptions,most of them were of renal Yin deficiency pattern(54.58%),and 28 herbs were used,there were 12 herbs with the frequency greater than 50%,the drugs of tonification were used mostly(76.5%),the next were the drugs of promoting Qi circulation to activate blood,they entered the meridians of liver,kidney and spleen.Conclusion:Professor Xie Bo takes the kidney as the root cause and emphasizes tonifying renal Yin,regulating liver and kidney,nourishing the blood and promoting blood circulation when he treats POF.
