摘　　要：目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎患者心理认知和应对方式的影响因素。方法:本研究为横断面研究,采用方便抽样的方法,抽取某三甲医院消化内科99例溃疡性结肠炎患者,使用自行编制的一般资料调查表,抑郁自评量表(SDS),焦虑自评量表(SAS),简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)进行调查。采用多元线性回归方法分析溃疡性结肠炎患者心理认知和应对方式的影响因素。结果:溃疡性结肠炎患者抑郁和焦虑处于中、低水平;积极应对与抑郁和焦虑呈负相关;年龄是溃疡性结肠炎患者积极应对方式的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:溃疡性结肠炎患者抑郁和焦虑普遍高于健康人群,但处于中、低水平;溃疡性结肠炎患者多倾向于消极应对方式,抑郁、焦虑和年龄是影响疾病应对方式的主要因素。医护工作者应根据溃疡性结肠炎患者应对方式的影响因素,针对性给予有效措施促进康复。Objective:To explore the influencing factors in coping style and psychological cognition of the patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:In the cross-sectional study,99 UC patients from department of gastroenterology in a first-class hospital were selected using convenience sampling method,and they were investigated using selfmade general information questionnaire,SDS,SAS and SCSQ.Multiple linear regression was adopted to analyze the influencing factors in coping style and psychological cognition of UC patients.Results:UC patients were in low and medium levels of depression and anxiety.Positive response was negatively related to depression and anxiety,age is the main influencing factor in positive response style for UC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of depression and anxiety of UC patients are commonly higher than healthy people,but in low and medium levels;UC patients are apt to response negatively,depression,anxiety and age are the main factors of influencing coping styles.Medical staffs should promote the recovery of the patients by intervening the patients effectively according to the influencing factors in coping styles of UC patients.
